SPA POLICIES

CANCELLATIONS: A current credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee all reservations. Cancellations for single services require a 24-hour notice and 48 hours for packages, groups, and multiple services. Last-minute cancellations or no-show appointments will be charged the full price of the service.

GROUP BOOKINGS: Please contact us for group bookings. Credit cards are required to hold group appointments.

PAYMENT METHODS: LaBelle Day Spa and Salon accepts LaBelle Gift Certificates, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card.

CHILDREN: Children under the age of 12 are only permitted in spa service areas if they are receiving services and are accompanied by an adult. In addition, we are unable to perform services on children that are younger than 7.

PHYSICAL & ELECTRONIC GIFT CARDS: LaBelle gift cards are fully transferable. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of payment method, and cannot be redeemed for cash. At the time of service, either the gift card (physical ones) or electronic gift card redemption codes must be presented. Gratuities may be added to physical gift cards only when purchased at the spa (not on our website). Only electronic gift cards can be used to make purchases directly on our website. Gift cards can be used to make product purchases by phone at (650) 321-3915.

GRATUITIES: In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. Gratuities can be charged to your debit cards only, not on credit cards. Gift certificate values can be used for gratuities.

LOST OR STOLEN ARTICLES: Lockers are provided for spa services, but, if possible, please leave valuables at home. LaBelle is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

PRODUCTS: LaBelle and Bella Schneider Beauty products may be returned for a full refund within 7 days, unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by a receipt. Obagi, Skin Medica, SkinCeuticals, Vi Derm, and Revision products are final sale and not returnable.

YOUR VISIT: If you are running late, we appreciate being notified of the delay. To respect our clients’ schedules, all service visits must end at the scheduled times. Shaving immediately prior to body scrubs or wraps is not recommended. Please refrain from eating just before a massage or body treatment.

We always do our best to match you with your chosen service provider. However, please be aware that we might need to assign a different provider if there are changes in scheduling or availability, especially if 'Specific Employee' wasn't selected at the time of booking. We truly appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we work to deliver the best service for your appointment.
