I have been with LaBelle Day Spa & Salon as a Certified Massage Therapist for over 31 years. I have practiced the healing art of massage since 1975 with my best years, hands down, being at LaBelle. I specialize in Arica Chua-Ka massage, a specialized holistic healing technique developed by Oscar Ichazo, as well as Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, Reflexology, and Sports Massage. I also have experience working for and training with a Physical Therapist in the past. I feel blessed to have been given the healing touch to work in excellence in professional bodywork in the beautiful surroundings of LaBelle and with LaBelle clients.

I have been a massage therapist since 1989. I began my massage career working in St. Petersburg for 11 years specializing in sports massage, Deep Tissue, and Neuromuscular work. I’ve been working at LaBelle Day Spa & Salon since 2001. I am a graduate of San Jose Trinity Massage College. I specialize in Neuromuscular Massage, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage and Muscle & Tissue Release Work.

I am a Certified Massage Therapist with a passion for helping others. I take a holistic approach to your health and wellness. I specialize in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Shiatsu/Acupressure Massage, and Myofascial Therapy, as well as have training in Thai, Prenatal Massage, and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF).
